1. Place your order online

2. Select the Fulfillment option “Local Pickup Only - Camden, SC”

3. You will receive an email stating that your order is being processed

4. Once order is processed and packaged, you will receive another email saying it is ready for pickup.

5. Refer to Your Email “Ready for Pickup” for the location of pickup.

6. No contact is required, as you have the option to visit during the operating hours specified in the email and you may “grab and go”

7. If you do need to Notify us of a time outside the operating hours in the email, please follow the instructions in email received.

8. Every Day at 4:30 PM Orders will be placed inside for safekeeping, therefore contacting us is important!

9. If you have not picked up order within 48 hours we will store inside for safekeeping until you can make arrangements to pickup.

We are all human, prone to mistakes, but it is comforting to know that we are committed to assisting you every step of the way.

1. Please email contact@chassersc.com within 10 days of purchase.

2. Your order number, name, and the email address used during the order placement.

3. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue encountered via Email.

4.Take a quick photo showing the problem with the product(s) for better assistance.

5.We will take it from there!

Please ensure that the following assumptions are carefully considered at every stage of the shipping process, from purchase to transit and delivery.

1. USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package, if your order has not arrived in expected delivery time, please contact the post office.

2. It is the Customer’s Responsibility to provide correct shipping address. Once Shipped, the address can not be changed.

3. Once the order is submitted to USPS, it is crucial to note that they assume responsibility for any instances of lost, damaged, stolen, or missing items during the shipment process.

4. If the order is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will provide a full refund for your purchase, minus the credit card processing fees that apply.

5. If none of the above situations apply and your order has not sipped yet, you can email us at Contact@chassersc.com.

Please be aware that at this moment, the color, size, and finer specifications of the item displayed on the screen might not offer a full representation of the actual product you will receive. Please be aware that in addition to the information provided, pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Kindly take this into consideration when making your decisions.

Once Order has been received, please allow 48-72 Hours for processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once order is fulfilled you will be notified via email.

We would like to express our gratitude for your cooperation in acknowledging that we can only accept returns for products that remain in their pristine, undamaged packaging, and meet the criteria for being re-sold. Your understanding in this matter is highly valued and helps us ensure a smoother process for all returns.

3. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Make sure to check the condition of the items and packaging before initiating the return process.

4. Chasser does reserve the right to reject returns if the items received are found to be damaged, excessively worn, or altered in any way that affects their original condition.
